Return & Refund Policy

To initiate a return, please contact our support team.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Your full name

  • A photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Order Cancellation

Because our orders are processed quickly, cancellation is not always possible once an order has been placed.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it will need to be returned after delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
