1. General Return Policy

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging (where reasonably possible)

  • Proof of purchase is provided (such as your order confirmation email)

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


2. Return Shipping & International Returns

Returned items may need to be shipped to an international return facility.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Any shipping costs, customs charges, import duties, or additional fees related to international returns are not refundable.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging (if available)

We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


4. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, colour, or size, please return your original item following the return process above and place a new order.


5. Right of Withdrawal (UK Customers)

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition, as outlined in Section 1 of this policy.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable

  • Return shipping costs are not refundable

  • It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless defective or incorrectly delivered:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Items marked as Final Sale (where clearly stated)
